Blueprint to a Bridge: A Playful Path to Team Cohesion

We love it when play and work intertwine. That’s precisely why ‘team learning, kids’ style’ is our mantra. In our team sessions, we come up with playful ways to highlight the essential roles collaboration and collective problem-solving have in achieving team cohesion.

Take this gem we found at the end of one of our sessions for example: the instruction sheet from our “Bridge to Service Excellence” activity. Divided into three groups, the team had to construct different sections of a bridge and assemble them so seamlessly you couldn’t tell it was the work of separate squads. The dedication in their drawings alone showed they were all in. And honestly? The end result was so good, even I was amazed!
